At Sowears, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in original packaging.

Return Process

  Log into your Sowears account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the invoice is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
